Hunter Safety Day.

Today, Kevin and Cameron headed out to attend a Hunter Education Certification sponsored by the California Department of Fish & Game and National Rifle Association.  The course was held at a Bass Pro shop about an hour drive north of our home.

This year's deer season will be Cameron's first experience with hunting and the first time Kevin has gone in 30-years!  Both Kevin and Cameron passed the course and can now officially get a California Hunting License, and a Pennsylvania License since that is where they will be traveling to hunt with Kevin's brothers.

And for those following the 30-day challenge, this was budgeted and paid for last month. (and if you successfully pass the course Bass Pro shop gives a gift card equal to the amount paid for the course.)
