Amber and Eddie's 3rd Anniversary

Today 3 years ago was a busy day for us, as it was our oldest daughter Amber's wedding day.  After months of planning and preparations the big day had arrived.  The church was ready after all my flower arrangements and bouquet making and decorating were done. The families had arrived and were at their hotels, friends drove in and we were all dressed and ready to go - SOOO, let the show begin.  Because after all there is a lot of pageantry involved in these ceremonies.

The church:
Lamb's Fellowship Lake Elsinore

Some of the decorations in the front, and the table that had the sand ceremony and communion elements.

The Ceremony:

Kevin and Amber entering the church.

Hannah and Lauren as Amber's flower girls.  Lauren had only been home from China for 2 months at this point.

Amber and Eddie used grey and yellow sand ( their wedding color choices) in their sand ceremony pouring the two together in a pattern showing the inability to separate once joined.  They then took communion together.

Happy faces at the end of the ceremony.

Photos after the ceremony:

The Reception:

The best man's toast

Father daughter dance - danced to Steven Curtis Chapman's Cinderella

Then it was time for everyone to have fun:

After Amber and Eddies dance, Cameron joined in dancing with his "big" sister, along with my parents.

Grandpa and Amber, and all my beautiful girls.
It was a wonderful day filled with great memories, and made all the more joyous as we now reflect back and can see the happiness this union has brought.  Happy Anniversary Amber and Eddie. We love you!!

  1. Awesome post! Congratulations to the cute couple! I am also planning to get a photoshoot and a video made by professional photographer. My wedding is next month in a very pretty venue NYC and I hope I am not late in informing about the photographer. Please drop in the details about him/her.
